You can book a tour easily through our online booking form, by calling us at +91 86175 20890 or messaging us on WhatsApp. Our team will confirm your booking, discuss itinerary details, and guide you through the entire process. A nominal advance amount is required to confirm the booking.
For domestic tours, a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport) is required for each traveler. For tours to border areas like Sikkim's Nathula Pass, additional Inner Line Permits are required — our team handles all permit arrangements on your behalf.
Yes! We offer both fixed group tours and fully customized private tours. Group tours are cost-effective and offer a great social experience. We also tailor custom itineraries for families, couples, corporate groups, and solo travelers. Contact us to design your perfect trip.
Yes, all our packages include handpicked hotel accommodation and comfortable transport (AC vehicles). Package inclusions are clearly listed for each tour. We offer options ranging from budget-friendly to luxury stays to suit every preference and budget.
Cancellations made 15+ days before tour departure receive a 75% refund. For cancellations 7–14 days prior, a 50% refund is applicable. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for added protection. Please contact us for special circumstances.
Most of our packages include daily breakfast at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are typically at your own expense, allowing you the freedom to explore local cuisine. However, we offer full-board (all meals included) options for certain packages — please specify your preference while booking.
